Would You Rather...

Hello Ladies...

I've been busy busy busy...and missed Sunday's follow-up from last week...I will get back on track this week. Lots going on in my world and unfortunately blogging took a backseat.

For todays post I am inspired from reading another blog to ask a random question of sorts....

If you could only pick one...which would you choose?

Books or Movies

You can't have both...

Have a great Tuesday!

Be Good to You.

Smooches,
Lola

  1. Good morning Lola... great question :) I would most definitely choose books. I love to get lost in a great book and I really enjoy the touch of paper against my hand and reading all the little details. I'm so glad you and your daughter enjoyed the Inked post I did. I don't have any tats on me, but I've always been fascinated with other people's ink work. Happy Tuesday!

    1. I'm not tatted either, but she loves them! My son just got his first last week...I have a hard time, but to each their own and it's a mom thing...And books for sure...you can create your own movie as you read. Thanks for stopping by, as always!

      Hugs.

  3. I love both but I think I'd always choose books. I like getting lost in another world, take on the life of some character and feel what he/she is going through.

Missed you Lola! Hope things are alright on your end :)

    1. Hi Anne,

Thanks for the sweet comment...it's been hectic, but in a good way. Blogging sometimes is like part part time work...but again, in a good way. Books would be my choice too...can you believe when I was younger you couldn't pay me to read? Although, my first book ever was, "Are you there God, it's me Margaret" Judy Blume. Can't say I fancied anything else...my daughter is a nut about reading. She read all the Harry P books in less than two weeks. Good to see you!

  5. Books!! I always loved reading since middle school. I feel books is better since it makes me imagine the story in my head. Also it helps me with my vocabulary lol. Don't work yourself to hard Lola. We'll patiently wait till you get on track.

  6. This is a hard question for me, I love books and movies so much and both for different reasons. But if I had to choose I would pick books.

  7. I'd probably stick with books. It's fun to get lost in them for longer than 2 hours.

    1. Agree! Besides, books open the mind for our imagination and create our own world for movies in the making...Good to see you!

  8. I'm glad you had a good Sunday and this is a very interesting question, I definitely had to think about it for a while. I would pick books, but I'm hoping I could still watch TV even if I couldn't watch movies. :)

    1. Hi Dale,

Books for sure...and very clever, I never said anything about the telly or their shows...I couldn't give everything up...especially when trends are out there to be inspired to shake up our wardrobes ;) And TV shows are a door to fashion...the comfort of home and a book can come in first versus the movies, although I love some butter popcorn...

      Hugs.

  9. Books! I choose them because I love to read and I get to make the decision on how things look from page to page. It's like my own personal magical world!
